We’re hiring a Vendor Relations Manager to be the heart and voice of our vendor community. Your mission will be to ensure that every seller on ArtPixLab feels supported, empowered, and excited to grow their business with us.

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, customer success, or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build trust and motivate diverse vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Turkish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and how seller dashboards, listings, and payments work.
• Experience working with CRMs, support tools (e.g. Zendesk), or onboarding workflows.
